These are a high quality glass at an affordable price.
Please note that due to how these are moulded, a small bubble can appear in the rim.
This is part of the glass and cannot be avoided.

Every item is made to order and the design has to be changed in relation to your text requests.
We have multiple members of staff, who may produce this differently.
Due to how many orders we complete, we cannot guarantee that we will remember any previous layouts you have had or even any previous orders you have placed.
If you want to place a new order to match an old order, please state this in the personalisation box.
Please also provide an image of the old order where possible so we can see how you would like us to complete your order.

Your order will be carefully handled and personalised by our team. Although we take every measure to keep our stock clean, we thoroughly recommend cleaning items such as glasses, water bottles, chopping boards etc. before use.

Shipping

Shipping is free (to the UK) and we try our best to dispatch your order on the same day. Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked service and can take up to 3 days to arrive. Postage upgrades are avaliable at the checkout.

Return policy

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on personalised goods as they are unable to be resold.
