We are more than happy to create a custom design or engrave a design you already have however please message us about this prior to purchasing and not after purchasing to avoid any confusion.

Please ensure your personalisation details are correct before purchase. We cannot guarantee that we can change or alter them once your order is placed.

Please take care when peeling the protective film off of the front of your item. Please do not try to peel off the printed side as this will cause damage to your product.

If your requested text is too long or doesn’t fit within the style we will do our best to make it fit however it may be across more lines than you requested. We will try to cater to design needs in terms of emojis but this is not always possible.
