Please ensure your personalisation details are correct before purchase. We cannot guarantee that we can change or alter them once your order is placed.

Please take care when peeling the protective film off of the front of your item. Please do not try to peel off the printed side as this WILL cause damage to your product.

If your requested text is too long or doesn’t fit within the style we will do our best to make it fit however it may be across more lines than you requested. We will try to cater to design needs in terms of emojis but this is not always possible.

Every item is made to order and the design has to be changed in relation to your text requests.

The device shown in the video is an iPhone 15 Pro with a standard iOS 18 operating system. Android devices usually have the NFC reader in the centre of the device, rather than the top like on an iPhone. No additional apps or installations are required. The NFC chip is automatically programmed to your song choice when we send the product to you.
